"Our situation was a challenging one: Find the right house in Tucson while we were 1000 miles away in Oregon. Robin took it on with energy and creativity, supplying us with likely listings, then for those we found really interesting, going out to the house and doing a video review. Her reviews were great, focusing on the house's problems as well as its strengths. Given the hot market in Tucson now, a quick response to a new listing is essential, and Robin was always able to make it happen instantly! "Determination - If asked one word to describe her, it would be determination. Robin helped Diana and I secure a new place in Stone House out in Sahuarita. A big part of her job required Negotiation skills, Tech Savviness, and a Winning Personality. We had confidence in Robin from day one. Her Integrity and ethical standards were apparent right off the bat. Her ability to network, being pleasant, passionate towards her work and follow-up was extremely important to us. She communicated on a regular basis with a warm heart and sharp eye. I know as a real estate agent, Robin spends a huge amount of time in the details. Comparing housing prices, reviewing the fine print in contracts, or considering client’s wish list, she’s comfortable with “the little stuff.” The little stuff is what makes the big picture possible. Her ability to solve problems for every client comes whether they need help buying a house, or selling a house was evident in just talking with her. I believe she feels comfortable solving problems - sometimes in ways that aren’t the most obvious or conventional. She is self-motivated which is needed as an Independent contractor. She basically operates her own small business. She is a good listener, and finally I am assuming that as a real estate agent she often works long hours - early mornings, late evenings, and hustle all the way through.
